Measure the Angle

Step 1 - Using the template to measure the wall's angle

Step One - Use the template to copy the exact angle of the walls.

You can tighten the template so it stays at the right angle to cut your mitre joint.

Set the Template

Step 2 - Fixing the template to the Magic Mitre

Step Two - Fix the template onto one of the pivoting workpiece holders on the Magic Mitre.

When it engages the second pivoting workpiece holder, the Magic Mitre automatically selects the correct angle of cut for both workpieces avoiding the need for any further adjustment.

Secure and Cut the Perfect Mitre

Step 3 - Remove the template and cut.

Step Three - Lock both pivoting workpiece holders in the position as determined by the template.

Remove the template, and you are ready to cut a perfect mitre to suit the exact angle for your DIY project.
