Cutting Mitre Joints in Small Mouldings
Video Demonstration
For cutting small mouldings, we advise placing a piece of 2"x2" (50mmx50mm) timber against the back fence and locate it in a position whereby its end is very close to the saw cutting line.
This will provide you with a support when cutting small mouldings and prevent them from moving when cutting right up to the saw cut line.
You can then follow the standard instructions for cutting mitre joints, applying this addiditonal procedure.
